The SDM stamp, a square-shaped computer-generated sticker stamp, is affixed to the reverse side of the document by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of MEA. This unique MEA stamp carries a distinct identification number, allowing any member country of The Hague Convention to verify its authenticity online.
